QA Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist – Life Sciences (QASLS) reports directly to the (Global) Director of Quality Assurance of TransPerfect Translations and directly impacts all aspects of TransPerfect’s ISO 9001:2008 and EN15038:2006 certified quality management systems worldwide. The QASLS plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention by managing and driving audits and all connected follow up activity with clients, auditors, vendors or other forms of quality and process inspections. The successful candidate will be a change agent that will foster a quality-driven culture, promote innovative practices that ensure quality and success, and integrate quality practices and accountability into all activities.
